Pelv Health is a specialist pelvic health physiotherapy clinic, dedicated to helping individuals optimise their pelvic health and overall well-being.

We offer personalised care and evidence-based treatments to address a wide range of pelvic health issues, from pregnancy related pelvic girdle/ back pain to pelvic floor dysfunctions (such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation and sexual pain).

We are committed to preventing pelvic dysfunctions, by offering assessments to those most at risk, such as pregnancy, post natal, menopause or following surgery.

Our approach is centred around empowering our patients with the knowledge and tools needed to take control of their pelvic health.

We believe in creating a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can feel comfortable discussing their concerns and receiving the highest standard of care.

Pelv Health was founded by Holly, who qualified as a physiotherapist in 2008 from Cardiff University. She was instantly drawn to the field of pelvic health and has since dedicated her time developing skills and knowledge to become an expert in this speciality.

She has her Post Graduate Diploma in Pelvic Health Advanced Clinical Practice from Brunel University and returns next year to complete the masters. Furthermore, she has extended her scope of physiotherapy practice to include non-medical prescribing and pessary management.

Holly has gained a wealth of experience and learnt from some of the best by working across three London teaching hospitals over the past 10 years.  She continues to work part time for the NHS and will be taking on a new and exciting role next year as the North Central London Perinatal Pelvic Health Lead. Holly also has plenty of experience working in the private sector, having worked part time for Boost Physio in East Finchley since 2014.

Outside of work, Holly is married to a fellow physiotherapist, Stephen Davies. Check out Real Health London (www.realhealthlondon.com) for any musculoskeletal concerns. They welcomed their very special rainbow baby boy in April 2024. A journey which has enhanced Holly's understanding and empathy for the physical and emotional challenges people face in relation to pelvic health.

Holly has set up Pelv Health to empower individuals to regain control of their pelvic health. Whether it's supporting them to effectively manage symptoms or providing preventative strategies, Holly's aim is to get everyone back to doing the things they love.
