Holly qualified as a physiotherapist in 2008 from Cardiff University. She was instantly drawn to the field of pelvic health and has since dedicated her time developing skills and knowledge to become an expert in this speciality.

She has her Post Graduate Diploma in Pelvic Health Advanced Clinical Practice from Brunel University and returns this year to complete the masters. Furthermore, she has extended her scope of physiotherapy practice to include non-medical prescribing and pessary management.

Holly has gained a wealth of experience by working across three London teaching hospitals over the past 12 years. She continues to work part time for the NHS and is currently the North Central London Perinatal Pelvic Health Lead.
Outside of work, Holly is married to a fellow physiotherapist, Stephen Davies. Check out Real Health London (www.realhealthlondon.com) for any musculoskeletal concerns. They welcomed their very special rainbow baby boy in April 2024. A journey which has enhanced Holly's understanding and empathy for the physical and emotional challenges people face in relation to pelvic health.

Holly has set up Pelv Health to empower individuals to regain control of their pelvic health. Whether it's supporting them to effectively manage symptoms or providing preventative strategies, Holly's aim is to get everyone back to doing the things they love.
